I would like to welcome to you to the current edition of our Client Engagement Newsletter, in which we among others take a closer look to the technological transformation and the impact on the insurance industry.
In banking and finance, risk structures become more complex and thus emphasize the high priority for risk management. The current AIG "Bankers' Reference Guide" points to solutions that addresses the dynamic needs of financial institutions and help customers manage risk proactively.

In the last years, insurance was taken out on many transactions to cover the risk of warranty breaches by the seller. In recent years, this trend has become more and more common, also in the German-speaking countries.
